1. OVERVIEW
We want you to love your purchase from Pond View Farm. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns under the terms below. This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on www.pondviewalpacas.com
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with original labeling intact.
• Eligible Items: Most products are returnable, except:
• Final sale items (marked as such at purchase).
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
3. RETURN PROCESS
• Step 1: Contact us at simon.pondviewfarm@gmail.com or 330.347.3430 with your order number and reason for return.
• Step 2: Pack the item securely.
• Step 3: Ship the item to 208 CR 620, West Salem, Ohio 44287 using a trackable carrier.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend insuring the shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. REFUND AND CREDIT
• Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5–7 business days), we’ll notify you via email about approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer).
• In lieu of a refund, the customer may choose a credit that can be used towards the purchase other merchandise if the same criteria are met for approval of a refund.
5. EXCHANGES
• We do not offer exchanges.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refunded, except as required by law.
